Terms and Conditions

The buyer has the right to return any unwanted items to Rotec Industries within 7 working days after receipt of the items. All items are returned at the buyer’s expense and must be in the original, unused condition. Rotec Industries cannot accept items that have been opened, damaged or cannot be re-sold. When returning items, the buyer is strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Rotec Industries shall not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Payments made by the buyer will be refunded in full minus delivery charges within 30 days.

In the event of an item being damaged, faulty or incorrect on delivery, Rotec Industries will replace or refund the purchase price provided that notice is given to Rotec Industries within 3 working days of receipt of the item.

Any products under complaint are not to be returned by the buyer without prior arrangement with Rotec Industries and the buyer shall permit an appropriate investigation on return of the goods before a refund can be given. Again, the return of goods to Rotec Industries will be at the expense of the buyer as described above.New Paragraph
