Although in 99% of instances these delivery days will be correct, they are based on the postal service delivering within the parameters of our contract and Rotec Industries can not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal network. Please also be aware that we use a fraud proof, bank-approved online verification system for credit card transactions and on occasion when the card is not immediately verified, this may cause a short delay in despatch.
All of our goods are dispatched via DHL
a trackable courier network and our delivery service price is based upon weight. Dispatch time is one full working day. If our courier try to deliver and you are not at home, they will leave a card so that you can arrange collection of your goods.

Please be aware that if you live off the mainland of the UK or in the Scottish highlands you should expect to wait an additional working day for delivery and there will be a surcharge payment which is the zonal charge from our couriers.
